The audio program is not working
There are known compatibility issues with some versions of internet explorer and Microsoft Edge. If you are having difficulty accessing your audio program files, then it is likely that you need to use a different internet browser.
The audio program will not load when you are not logged in and if there is incompatibility with your browser. When you click on the play button, the file should begin playing within several seconds. If it does not, please try to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
